CCC Guest Speaker Series: The Frontera Project Zoom Workshop
The Community Change Collaborative hosted THE FRONTERA PROJECT on April 13th, 2021 from 3:00-4:15 PM ET in an interactive virtual experience.
The mission of THE FRONTERA PROJECT is to lift up stories of the U.S.-Mexican Border that are too often ignored — stories reflecting the richness and complexity of that region — to create conversation and connection with audiences in the United States. This interactive virtual experience will include a new original short play, music, video, poetry and conversations with the artists who are creating the effort.
You can listen to the Trustees Without Borders podcast interview with Ramón Verdugo & Jessica Bauman of THE FRONTERA PROJECT here.
The interview was hosted by IPG Senior Fellow, Andy Morikawa, and led by CCC members Molly Todd (PhD Candidate, ASPECT) and Jon Catherwood-Ginn (Associate Director of Programming at the Moss Arts Center and a PhD student, Planning, Governance, and Globalization).
This event was co-sponsored by the Institute for Policy and Governance, Moss Arts Center, and The Center For Peace Studies and Violence Prevention.
