Bio: For more than a decade, Tay Keong worked an independent consultant specializing in governance, anti-corruption, ethics, risk assessment, and public management. In 2012 and 2013, he led teams for World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and Partnership for Transparency Fund in various field assignments in Bhutan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines. While working on an Asian Development Bank Project to fight corruption in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan in 2012/2013, Tay Keong Tan helped the small, reclusive nation put in place systems to strengthen integrity and governance.
